Hotel Reservation Terms & Conditions

We look forward to your visit to the Calabogie Peaks Hotel. To secure your reservation we require a one night deposit. Check in starts at 4 PM and check out is 11AM.


Cancellations made 7 days before your arrival are refundable less a $25.00 administration fee. Within 7 days of check-in, the entire amount of your reservation, whether cancelled or shortened, is non-refundable. If the booking is cancelled or shortened, the full amount will be charged to the payment method on file.

Calabogie Peaks complies with Ontario regulations and prohibits smoking with in any buildings and patios. We welcome working animals only with proof of certification. Our Front Desk representatives will assist you with storage options for recreational equipment including bicycles, skis etc. Should you cause any damages to your room Calabogie Peaks will charge the cost of remediation to the registered guest.

Lift tickets and Season Passes Terms & Conditions

Lift ticket purchases are final and non-refundable or transferrable and are only valid for the 2017-18 season.

Private and Group Lessons Terms & Conditions

48 hours in advance you may reschedule or we will refund your payment less a $15 administration fee. Within 48 hours you may reschedule or we will refund your payment less a $29 administration fee. After the lesson, has begun we are not able to offer a refund or reschedule the lesson. Any rescheduled lessons must be taken within the same ski season.

Programs Terms & Conditions

If you cancel prior to the program start date you can either obtain a snow school voucher that must be used within the same ski season or we will refund you the amount less a $29 administration fee. If you are looking at cancelling the program after the program start date then you can either obtain a snow school voucher or you can be refunded the amount of the unused classes less a $29 administration fee.
